Carolina Beach begins sale of Freeman Park annual permits

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — 2024 Freeman Park annual permit sales have begun.

Permit purchases made in December must be done in person and will qualify for the $110 dollar early bird rate plus applicable fees. Permits will be available online starting January 1st.

In-person purchases may be made using cash or credit/debit cards at one of the following locations:

Permits are issued to the vehicle, not the operator, and must be permanently affixed to the vehicle’s windshield or they will be considered invalid.  Officials say annual Permit purchasers will be responsible for the full purchase price of a new permit if the permit or vehicle is lost, stolen, or damaged.
