CenturyLink donates $25K to disaster relief in NC
WAKE FOREST, NC (WWAY) — CenturyLink, Inc. has announced it will donate $25,000 for disaster relief in North Carolina.
The donation will be split equally between the Red Cross and the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.
Rondi Furgason, CenturyLink vice president of operations for North Carolina said in a press release, “We hope our donation helps those in need receive care and support after the devastating storms and flooding.”
The company also said that customers impacted by the recent flooding can activate Emergency Call Forwarding for one month free of charge.
