CFCC announces Wilson Center Family Series with $15 student tickets

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College announced the 2025-2026 season of the Family Series.

The series features beloved films in concert, acrobatics, international percussion, Taylor Swift sing-alongs, and Blippi creating family-friendly experience.

The Family Series offers $15 tickets for children and students for any seat at the Wilson Center.

To claim your $15 ticket, just select “Child/Student Ticket” when purchasing online.

On Saturday, December 20th at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., you can see Disney’s The Muppet Christmas Carol in Concert Live to Film. The showing features a screening of the movie while the Wilmington Symphony Orchestra plays the entire score.

On Sunday, February 15th at 3:30 p.m., you can enjoy Drum Toa. This performance blends traditional Wadaiko Japanese Drums with modern energy with a performance full of flash and flare.

On Wednesday, March 18th at 7:00 p.m. the Peking Acrobats will be at the Wilson Center. Their performance includes daring maneuvers, foot juggling, and more.

Saturday, March 21st at 2:00 p.m., Be Like Blippi Tour will make its way to the Cape Fear. This interactive show will feature music, laughter, and surprises with Blippi and Meekah live on stage.

Saturday, May 9th at 7:00 p.m., Let’s Sing Taylor: A Live Band Experience will be at the Wilson Center as a tribute to Taylor Swift.

Tickets to Disney’s The Muppet Christmas Carol in Concert Live to Film are on sale online and in person now. Tickets to all other shows will be available to Wilson Center members on November 19th at 10 a.m. and in person to the public on November 21st at 10 a.m.
