CFCC honors local military population

HAMPSTEAD, NC (WWAY) — CFCC’s Hampstead location held a Military Appreciation Day.

Organizers said a lot of residents of the area have military connections, and it is important to the school to reach out to them and their families. The event was not just about entertainment. Facility coordinator, Tammie Parris, believes that the event is also a good opportunity to talk with the community about the school, and what residents would like to see there in the future.
