CFCC hosting French Film Festival

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Parlez vous Francais? That’s what’s happening at Cape Fear Community College for the next week.

CFCC is hosting a French film festival. They will show one French film per night beginning at 6 p.m. The event is open to the public and is free to attend.

You can even bring in your own food and drink … or buy popcorn for a dollar.

Attendees say they couldn’t be happier about the lineup.

“I’m really excited. I heard that they are, they’re going on all week, and I’m planning on coming back on Thursday,” said Kathleen Booth. “And there is supposed to be a French cartoon on Friday about a mouse and a bear that want to be friends, so I am looking forward to coming back for that one as well.”

The festival continues through next Friday in the auditorium at Union Station.
