CFCC nips Shaw University in basketball exhibition

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Cape Fear Community College men’s basketball team edged Shaw University 83-82 on Thursday. Former Hoggard Viking Trae Bryant led CFCC with 22 points. Alston Davis added 15. Alonzo Tyson scored 14 points.

CFCC will open the regular season on November 5 against Johnston CC.
