WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College is inviting current and prospective students to a Career Discovery Night for the Graphic Design program.

The event is set to take place on March 12, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., at the Downtown Campus, WA Building, room WA3023. The address is 703 N. 3rd Street.

The event gives attendees an inside look at CFCC’s Graphic Design program and the creative career paths it can unlock. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about what students study within the curriculum, interact with faculty, and explore potential careers in visual communications, digital media, advertising and other industries.

CFCC says the graphic design program equips learners with the skills needed for careers in design studios, advertising agencies, media production, and other creative industries. Through coursework emphasizing design fundamentals, multimedia preparation, and visual communication, students gain practical training valued by employers and clients.

Registration for the Career Discovery Night is open, and spaces are limited.
