CFCC to host financial aid and FAFSA night on January 13

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College is hosting a financial aid and FAFSA night on Tuesday, January 13th in CFCC’s Union Station.

The free event will run from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is in partnership with UNCW and the College Foundation of North Carolina.

High school students, current college students, prospective students, families, and adult learners are all invited to attend. Attendees will receive one-on-one or small group assistant and should come prepared with documentation to assist in residency documentation, FSA ID and password, and their 2023 and 2024 tax returns. 

There will be personalized assistance, step-by-step guidance, document preparation support, accessibility, and more details about scholarship opportunities.
