CFCC to host information session for veterinary medical technology

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College will host an information session and tours of the Veterinary Medical Technology program this month.

The event will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18 at CFCC’s North Campus, NV building.

Prospective students will get an inside look at the college’s hands-on programs focused on real-world animal care and clinical skills.

Attendees will learn more about the requirements for the program, curriculum, career opportunities, and the application process.

Anyone who wants to attend but cannot do so in person can access the virtual information sessions available 24/7 online.

The program is designed to provide students with the technical knowledge, practical experience, and professional skills needed to succeed in the growing field of veterinary medicine.

Applications for the program are open until May 20.
