CFCC’s Wilson Center to host 9th annual Benny Hill Quartet fundraising concert

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — On Monday, the Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College announced their 9th annual Benny Hilly Quartet fundraising concert to support the college’s music program.

The free ticketed event will kick off at 7:30 p.m. on January 30th for a night of jazz music.

Jazz legend John Coltrane and some original compositions will be featured in the concert. The proceeds from the event will fund student scholarships and the purchase of student instruments.

Donations are encouraged and the Wilson Center will offer cabaret seating with a dessert and drink service in the pit for $75 and parterre seating with drink service will be available for $50.

Tickets became available Monday to Wilson Center members, CFCC students, and employees online. The general public can reserve seating online or in person starting Tuesday at 10 a.m.
