Chadbourn man charged with murder in South Carolina
HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — The Horry County Coroner’s Office has identified a 19-year-old woman who was killed in a Loris area shooting over the weekend.
Brooke Akins of Galivants Ferry was taken to McLeod Loris ER after she was shot in the head, the coroner’s office said.
William Perritt, 21, of Chadbourn, has been charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to arrest warrants.
He was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
