Chance to submit a West Bank development survey coming to an end
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — If you want your voice heard about potential development along the West Bank of the Cape Fear River across from downtown Wilmington, you still have time to submit comments.
New Hanover County is currently accepting public comments on drafted amendments to its comprehensive plan, which should be updated by next year.
The plan features a major decision on the zoning of Wilmington’s West Bank.
Amendment comments will be considered until 12:00 pm tomorrow, Friday, June 28th.
As of now, 11 parcels are classified as urban mixed-use development opportunities.
