NEW HANOVER COUNTY (WWAY)– Tomorrow is the Chinese New Year. It’s a festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Lunisolar Chinese calendar.
This festival takes place from the Chinese New Year to the Lantern Festival, held on the 15th day of the year.
This year will be the year of the snake.
