“Chow Town” food truck hub rolling through Wilmington soon
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington entrepreneur’s Dynh Le and Zeke Nathans are excited to bring their latest business venture to life in the Brooklyn Arts District.
“Chow Town,” will be located on the 1100 block of North 4th Street.
The duo’s vision is to create a dynamic space featuring six rotating food trucks that will be set up daily, offering a variety of dishes and providing a place for the community to gather.
Their goal is to bring both great food and an inviting atmosphere to the area, while also supporting local entrepreneurs.
“We want to create a platform where local business owners with food ideas can try them out in a cost-effective way,” said Le. “If they have a concept they want to experiment with, and it fits in a truck or trailer, it’s a much more affordable option than starting a traditional brick-and-mortar business. It gives them the opportunity to see if their idea can take off.”
The idea for Chow Town has been in the works for over a year, and while the exact opening date is still to be determined, Le and Nathans are aiming for a summer launch.
