Coastal Christian downs CFA 3-2 to advance to state championship

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — After getting swept in their regular season matchups, Coastal Christian boys soccer got their revenge by taking down Cape Fear Academy on the road in the NCISAA 3A semifinals.
Vance Mino put the Hurricanes ahead early, but Brody Wilson responded with the equalizer 13 minutes in. The game was tied 1-1 at halftime.
The Centurions will face Trinity Academy on Saturday in Raleigh for the state title.
