Coffee Crawl, perfect way to start keep the energy high

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY)– Craving for coffee? Need that adrenaline rush? The Brooklyn Arts District Coffee Crawl would have been perfect for you.

From Brooklyn Cafe to Goat and Compass, several businesses provided coffee, matcha, or espresso to anybody walking around the Brooklyn Arts District.

On some shops, music, vendors, and food curators were on display.

William Rysanek, owner and creator of Wilmington Coffee Passport, a brochure that encourages people to visit local coffee shops and write things about it, says everyone should explore the local coffee shops, as they are the heart and soul of Wilmington.

“Local businesses are the life and blood of the community. Coffee shops, especially, is that third place where people can go, other than work or home, and meet people and get together over a drink,” said Rysanek.
