Columbus County man facing charges for shots fired incident
COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Columbus County man is facing charges for a shots fired incident in 2023.
Charles Banner, 23, is accused of obstructing justice and allegedly firing a gun into an occupied mobile home back in March of last year.
It happened on Millie Christine Road in Clarkton.
Banner is being held in the Columbus County jail under a combined $300,000 bond.
