Community invited to Burgaw Lions Club annual MLK Day of Service Luncheon
BURGAW, NC (WWAY) — The Burgaw Lions Club encourages the public to attend their annual MLK Day of Service Luncheon.
The event will be on Monday, January 19th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Burgaw Public Library. Those who want to attend the luncheon must RSVP.
Burgaw Lions club says this is a time to honor Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy. They also plan to honor the individuals, partners, and community leaders who served alongside the club.
Highlights of the Lions Club’s recent service efforts will also be shared at the luncheon.
