Crews respond to fire on Adams Landing Dr.

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Crews are at the scene of a fire off Carolina Beach Road.

New Hanover County Dispatch said the call came in around 1:45 p.m. Sunday from Adams Landing Drive.

The Wilmington Fire Department and the New Hanover County Fire Department are responding.

Battalion Chief Michael Pinson said two people were injured, but he said their injuries are minor. Pinson said the house sustained significant damage and a neighboring house also had some minor damage from the fire.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
