December downtown Wilmington drone shows to light up the sky

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The City of Wilmington says they’re looking ahead to the following drone shows after Saturday’s was cancelled due to weather.

The remaining holiday drone shows are set for December 13th, 20th, and 27th.

All of the shows are weather permitting and can be seen from the Wilmington Riverwalk starting at 7:30 p.m.

Each of the shows will feature a display of 150 illuminated drones above the Cape Fear River.
