Deputies investigate shots fired

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — New Hanover County deputies are investigating shots fired at the Palm Mobile Home Park.

Investigators say around 2:30 Friday afternoon a taxi cab driver dropped two men off at the entrance of the community, where they met a third man.

Deputies say as the driver pulled away, he heard shots fired.

Officers are looking for a suspect.

No one was hurt.
