Deputies looking for man who robbed Shallotte Dollar General
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man they say robbed a Dollar General in Shallotte last night.
Deputies say around 10 p.m. a man walked into the Dollar General at 1351 Brick Landing Rd., Shallotte, brandished a gun and demanded money from employees. Police said he left with an undisclosed amount of money.
The man is described as being between 5’10” – 6’1″ tall and weighing between 170-200 lbs. Because the person had what appeared to be makeup and a wig on to disguise himself, no other description is known.
No customers were in the store at the time and there were no injuries. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office.
