Dispatchers: Lightning strikes spark fires in Ocean Isle Beach

OCEAN ISLE BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Storms that moved across the Cape Fear region Thursday afternoon left behind some damage in Brunswick County.

Brunswick County dispatchers said several homes in Ocean Isle Beach were hit by lightning, sparking fires there.
