Drug cases dismissed after probe into former officer

WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline.com) — As a result of an investigation into former New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics lieutenant Joey LeBlanc, the New Hanover County District Attorney’s Office dismissed drug cases handled by LeBlanc against eight people.
