Exit ramp between I-140 to US 74 closing Tuesday for pavement repair work

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — An exit ramp in Brunswick County is closing Tuesday for several hours.

The exit 5 ramp from I-140 West to U.S. 74 will be shut down from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

NCDOT crews will be repairing the pavement.

A detour will be in place from Mt. Misery Rd. Exit 8 to U.S. 74.

Crews ask you to plan ahead and use caution.
