Couples explored options at WWAY Wilmington Wedding Expo

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A wedding expo in downtown Wilmington got brides-to-be excited for their big day.

The WWAY Wilmington Wedding Expo kicked off at the Aloft Coastline Center.

The event brought together a wide variety of wedding vendors from around the Cape Fear region. Attendees had the chance to meet vendors in person and discuss their vision for the perfect wedding.

Vendors at the event offered everything from catering and venues to photographers and wedding dresses.

Jordan Summerfield, a bride-to-be, was excited to finalize some of her wedding details at the expo.

“I’m excited to look around. I have a venue and a dress, but I just want to see more vendors and come up with some more ideas for the big day! I know there was a live painter that I was really interested in, good cake, good food—so looking forward to all of that today!”

The expo also featured a fashion show, showcasing wedding wear for both brides and grooms-to-be, offering even more inspiration for couples planning their special day.
