Extras being sought for Zooey Deschanel movie being filmed in Kure Beach

KURE BEACH, NC (WWAY) — If you’ve ever wanted to be in a movie, now’s your chance.

TW Cast & Recruit are looking for extras for an Amazon Movie being filmed next month in Kure Beach.

Zooey Deschanel is starring in the movie, currently with the running title MERV.

The movie will have a lot of scenes revolving around dogs, according to the casting agency.

Extras will be needed starting April 18th.
