Family concerned for teen missing nearly 3 weeks
FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The Florence County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
Clarence Vashon McDowell, 17, of Woods Bay Road, Olanta, hasn’t been seen since leaving his home on Nov. 14.
Authorities don’t believe Clarence is in any imminent danger, but his family say he suffers from “some impairment.”
