Final report confirms pilot suffered spatial disorientation in 2022 fatal NC plane crash
CARTERET COUNTY, NC (WCTI) — The National Transportation Safety Board released its final report regarding the 2022 fatal airplane crash in Down East Carteret County.
The findings confirmed the pilot, Ernest “Teen” Rawls, suffered spatial disorientation.
