Former Classical Charter Schools employee charged with indecent liberties with a minor
COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — An employee terminated from Classical Charter Schools of Whiteville for “an inappropriate relationship with a student” has now been charged with indecent liberties with a minor.
Scott Dale Todd, 29, was arrested Wednesday for the alleged incidents the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office says occurred earlier this month with a 13-year-old female student.
Todd received three counts of indecent liberties with a minor, and received a $250,000 bond.
His next court appearance is unknown at this time.
