Four teens charged for having drugs at school
PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Pender County Sheriff’s Office says four teen have been charged for having drugs on campus.
According to a news release, Wednesday administrators and the school resource officer at Penderlea School got a tip there was marijuana at the school. An investigation led to four boys being charged on juvenile petitions for:
Juvenile 1
15-year-old white male from Willard
Possession of Schedule VI less than ½ oz. (Misdemeanor)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
Juvenile 2
14-year-old white male from Willard
Sell Schedule VI (felony)
Deliver Schedule VI (felony)
Possession of Schedule VI less than ½ oz. (Misdemeanor)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
Possession/Receiving Stolen Goods (Misdemeanor)
Juvenile 3
13-year-old white male from Willard
Possession of Schedule VI than ½ oz. (Misdemeanor)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
Larceny (Misdemeanor)
Juvenile 4
14-year-old white male from Willard
Possession of Schedule VI than ½ oz. (Misdemeanor)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
