Free Mulch Friday returns at the end of the month
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Free Mulch Friday is returning to Legion Stadium’s overflow lot on February 27.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Mulch is available on a first-come, first-served basis to all area residents.
No commercial vehicles are allowed for pick-up.
Residents are asked to bring a shovel and a container.
The city says they’ll also have stump grindings on hand.
