Full night of high school basketball state playoff action, finally the weather clears

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — We had more than our fair share of state playoff high school basketball on WWAY on Thursday night. As it turns out a handful of our games came down to the wire. That was the case in Wilmington with the New Hanover-South View finish. The Pender-Trask game was just as close. The West Brunswick Trojans avoided an upset, but it certainly didn’t look like they’d be able to pull it out until the end.
