Guilty pleas entered for three separate sex crimes cases in Brunswick County

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Three men charged in separate sex crime cases have pleaded guilty in Brunswick County.
Jeremy Felts, 38, pleaded guilty to solicitation to commit a first degree sex offense of a person 15 years or younger. A judge sentenced him to between 5 and 11 years in prison. The Carousel Child Advocacy Center assisted in a forensic interview and medical examination of the victim
Miguel Guarneros, 31, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree forcible sex offense and attempted second degree forcible rape. He will spend between 14 and 32 years in prison.
Richard Wright, 39, pleaded guilty to statutory sex offense with a person 15 years or younger, attempted statutory rape of a person 15 years or younger, and second-degree forcible sex offense. He was sentenced to between 16 years and 24 years in prison. The Carousel Child Advocacy Center assisted in a
forensic interview and medical examination of the two juvenile victims from this case.
Each man will also have to register as a sex offender.
