Home and season opener for Wilmington Sharks is tonight

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The 2016 home and season opener for the Wilmington Sharks summer league baseball team will be at 7pm at Buck Hardee Field in Wilmington against the Morehead City Marlins.

WILMINGTON, NC (SHARKS) — It’s that time of year again… With winter woes coming to a close, pitchers and catchers mere days away from arriving at MLB Spring Training facilities, baseball season is nearly upon us, and that familiar excitement begins to creep back into the minds of fans eager to witness their team take the field for the first time in 2016.

As we enter the closing weeks of February, this is the perfect time to lock down your spot at Buck Hardee Field, while saving some summertime cash in advance with either of our two fantastic season ticket options.

Leading off is the HOME RUN PACKAGE, which features 2 General Admission Tickets to 28 games, plus 20 Ballpark Bucks. If you’re looking to make a bigger splash at the Shark Tank, check out the GRAND SLAM PACKAGE, which includes 4 General Admission Tickets to 28 games, with the addition of 25 Ballpark Bucks. HOME RUN is priced at $150, GRAND SLAM at $250. Reserved seating season tickets are also available for $199 per seat.
