Home prices in the Port City are up, rose 7% in October

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Some good news for homeowners in Wilmington.

Homes in the Port city are gaining value according to new data from CoreLogic.

Prices in Wilmington rose by seven percent in October of this year compared to the same time last year.

The number is on par with home prices nationwide which also rose seven percent in October.
