Iconic Dawson’s Creek house moved to new location

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The home where Joey Potter, played by Katie Holmes, lived on the hit 90s TV show Dawson’s Creek is officially on the move.

The owners of the house wanted to build a family home on the property, so the home was put up for auction in February, but the land was not included.

Susan Warwick, who sold the house, sent WWAY images on Monday of the home being moved to its new location.
