Incoming apartment development in Leland plans even more units
LELAND, NC (STARNEWS) — A project looking to bring hundreds of apartments to Chappell Loop Road in Leland is moving forward, adding even more units than originally planned.
The Chappell Loop Apartments project looks to bring five apartment buildings consisting of 200 total units to Chappell Loop Road in the town, near its neighbor of Belville.
