Investigators say Pine Valley fire was arson

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Fire Department says there is $25,000 worth of damage to a home set on fire last night.

Investigators says someone broke into the home on Pine Valley Drive and set a mattress on fire.

The arson investigation has been turned over to the Wilmington Police Department.
