Junior League of Wilmington announces 2026 Community Grant Program

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Junior League of Wilmington announced the launch of the 2026 Community Grant Program giving back to nonprofits.

The program will provide financial support of up to $2,500 for local organizations in Brunswick, New Hanover, Onslow, and Pender Counties.

Applications are available online and must be completed by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 20. Funding must be used to support community service needs. Recipients will be notified by April 15.

“It’s a privilege to continue this longstanding tradition of community grant funding, and we are proud to make an annual commitment to invest in organizations that make a meaningful difference,” said Allison Bianchini, JLWNC President. “By empowering these nonprofits, we aim to create a lasting impact in our community and strengthen the network of services available to those in need.”

Since the inception of the Junior League of Wilmington in 1952, they contributed over $1,000,000 in charitable donations.
