Junior League of Wilmington to host 17th annual Touch-A-Truck
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Junior League of Wilmington will be hosting the 17th annual Touch-A-Truck event next month.
It takes place at UNCW (Hamilton Lot, 4740 Hurst Drive) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 12th.
This family-friendly event gives attendees the opportunity to touch, climb on, explore, and ask questions about their favorite trucks, cars, and construction equipment in a safe and supervised environment. The event will be held rain or shine.
Tickets for the events can be purchased in advance or at the event. Online early bird tickets are $6 each or 5 for $22. Children under 2 years of age are free. Online sales will end on Friday, October 10th! Tickets purchased at the event will be $6 each or $22 for four tickets. Proceeds from Touch-A-Truck will support the mission of the Junior League of Wilmington to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.
