K38 Baja Grill to open in Carolina Beach this spring

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — K38 Baja Grill is set to open a new location in Carolina Beach as part of the Proximity development.
Live.Eat.Surf Restaurants announced that the Carolina Beach location, which will be the fifth K38 Baja Grill and seventh under the Live.Eat.Surf brand, is expected to open in the spring of 2025.
The new restaurant will feature tacos, burritos, and other K38 signature items. According to a news release, the Carolina Beach location will boast a beachy ambiance with a large outdoor bar and dining area.

The Proximity development, a mixed-use project, is set to become a central hub in Carolina Beach, featuring a blend of retail, dining, and residential spaces.
Live.Eat.Surf Restaurants, founded by Josh Vach in Wilmington in 1993, has been expanding its footprint across North Carolina. Other brands under the company’s umbrella include Tower 7, with locations in Wrightsville Beach and Morehead City.
