Laney tops Ashley 46-37 to even season series

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — After dropping their last meeting by two points, Laney girls basketball got their revenge by besting Ashley 46-37.

The Bucs were led by Sofia Clayton’s 15 points while India Williams added another ten. Jakicey Gardner of the Eagles put up 12 points.
