Leland in Lights, a great destination for families on Christmas Day

LELAND, NC (WWAY)– “Leland in Lights”, hosted at Founders Park, continues to spread the holiday spirit with amazing display of lights. For Christmas, the park was open from 6 to 8 PM. Several families took a stroll to see the variety of colorful displays.

Fritzner Etse, who came to visit his family in Leland, says the weather was just right to take pictures.

“It’s a pretty good feeling and all, not too cold not too hot. Just walking around looking at all these lights with my cousins, it’s a really nice vibe for Christmas,” said Etse.

The magic of “Leland in Lights” will still be available for anyone until January 4th.
