Leland man arrested for allegedly robbing Circle K store twice

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — The Leland Police Department has arrested a man in connection with two Circle K robberies.

Wyshaun Nath, 48, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly robbing the store on Ocean Highway East on January 27th and March 19th.

Nath has been charged with two counts of felony larceny, two counts of second degree kidnapping, and two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

In both robberies, Nath stole money after demanding the clerk open the cash register, threatening to use a firearm, and holding the clerk against their will to escape, according to the Leland Police Department.

Nath was transported to the Brunswick County Detention Center and has not been issued a bond.
