Leland PD: Nearly $900 stolen from customer’s wallet at Walmart

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Leland Police are asking for help in identifying a man accused of stealing from a wallet.

They say the suspected, seen here in this surveillance picture, allegedly took nearly $900 from a wallet at the Leland Walmart.

It happened on April 2 around 8:15 p.m.

Police say the suspect left in a black sedan.
