Man arrested after 270 bags of heroin found at home

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Deputies say a man is facing heroin charges following a three-month investigation.

They say Robert Bickford, 28, is facing charges including trafficking and possession of heroin. Investigators said Bickford was selling heroin from his home on Rowsgate Lane. They say 270 bags of heroin were found in the home along with drug paraphernalia during the arrest on March 25.

Deputies say a woman at the home was arrested on outstanding warrants in Bladen County, and two men at the home were cited for drug charges.
