WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A case against a man who allegedly hit three pedestrians walking back from a concert at Live Oak Bank Pavilion in Wilmington has been dismissed because the suspect committed suicide.

The district attorney’s office says Thomas Robinson Jr., 44, was found dead in his home on August 5th.

Robinson was accused of driving onto the sidewalk and hitting three pedestrians, a pole, and a tree on Nutt Street on June 19th.
