Man charged with murder in road-rage shooting off Hwy 90
HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A suspect was arrested for shooting a man Tuesday after a crash on Highway 90, according to the Horry County Police Department.
Elijaih Thurman Taylor, 23, was charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime and murder, according to booking records.
