Man wanted in connection with Wilmington stabbing

Wilmington, N.C. (WWAY) — Police are looking for a man they say was involved with a stabbing in Wilmington.

According to the Wilmington Police Department, warrants have been issued for 21-year-old Alejandro Diaz Lopez.

Detectives say Lopez stabbed the victim following an argument between the two.

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the assault.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of Lopez they are asked to call 911.
